Ranger Knives is a privately owned and operated company
devoted to the development and construction of hard use knives that will
not just survive use in the harshest of conditions but beg for more while
doing the job.
The company was founded by and is currently operated by
former U.S. Army Rangers. Whose goal is to provide a hard use
handmade knife constructed with the finest materials available, yet keeping
it affordable to the average Joe.
This background enables the company to assess the field
needs that the average and not so average line soldier and individuals will
encounter.

Ranger Assault
Knife (R.A.K.)
The Ranger Assault Knife is designed to meet your every need
in the field and beg for more. It is big enough to do large chores
like light chopping and not too big to handle the fine work.
The standard cord wrapped handle allows the user to adjust the handle
thickness for comfort.

“Ready Detachment Series”
(RD)
The Ready
Detachment series is made from quarter inch thick 5160 that has been heat
treated and triple tempered to 58 RC. It comes standard with tan or
black canvas micarta handles. It has a
protective epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coat. Comes with a nylon sheath
with plastic insert. Currently there are 4 knives in the series.

Ranger “Entry Tool”
Designed with a balance between weight and functional
capabilities. This piece was designed primarily for the US Army as
well as Firefighters and EMS crews. Capabilities that have been
tested by the Army and myself personally are as follows but definitely not
limited to:
Breaching Doors
Pad locks
Windows in a break and rake situation
Suspended sealing
Man hole covers
Car doors and windows
Gas Shut off valves
This tool can be used for any and all prying needs as well as
hammering and chopping. It has also chopped through cinder blocks, mild
steel and countless wood products. Later this week
the entry tool should be tested by the Columbus Fire
Department. After which I hope to have more feed back and additional
capabilities.
